The new 11-year-plus low is 1.0746, which came after a dead-cat bounce stalled at 1.0823 in the early London AM. The September 2003 low at 1.0762 was breached, and the April low of that year at 1.0558 provides the next interim target for the myriad of forecasters, ourselves included, targeting parity. US Equity Market Review For the Week of March 2-6; It's a Tough Slog Edition

From a long-term perspective, the overall valuation level is expensive with even forward PEs printing at historically high levels.
