The Dollar has retained an underlying bid. EUR-USD declined for a fourth straight day, printing a three-week low at 1.1210. This puts a bit more space in from the seven-week peak that was seen last Wednesday at 1.1448, with the pair descending farther toward the the low point of the 1.1177-1.1570 range that's been seen since the start of the year.
