We Apologise

As the world's trusted currency authority, people and businesses from around the globe came to us for market information following the Brexit Referendum.

XE has seen our single biggest day of traffic in the history of our company.  In the hours after the polls closed, we've been 'Pounded' and have seen an increase of 1,000% over regular traffic levels. As of the time of writing, our usage continues to be many times greater than normal and has significantly eclipsed the levels we saw during the market crash of 2008. Brexit is clearly an unprecedented event.

Our customers are extremely important to us and we take their trust in us very seriously. We sincerely apologise for letting them down.

Rest assured the XE team is already working on strengthening our capacity to ensure that we will always live up to the trust our customers place in us to deliver timely and accurate currency information and services.
